The employees at this place are amazing at coordinating parties! My grandson party was so easy! You call or visit, tell them what you need and they do the rest! It was really a stress-free operation and the kids had a blast! They provide food, paper goods, setup and clean up!

Felt like we had our own party with no one else around....even tho they had TONS of other parties happening! Very attentive and even when our party coordinator got busy with his 2nd party everyone else around jumped in and was happy/willing to help. We love it here and it's worth every penny!!! Will def be back

My granddaughters had their Birthday parties there. Same day & time, the small squad for each was perfect! They each had 5 guests & pizza. All the kids enjoyed the pizza. Lots of fun!! We'll definitely go back.

We had my son’s 8th birthday at Urban Air in Tyler today. We rented a private room and it was perfect! Everything was flawless, and Morgan did an amazing job helping us with our party. She was so good with the kids and even the adults! I could not recommend her more! My daughter Violet really loved her and didn’t want to leave.

So we were first timers and we will definitely be going again we had our sons birthday party there and the kids enjoyed every minute of us. The host was excellent and attentive she was great. Now I do have to say one of the workers really chaped my lips there was a bit in the Dodge ball area and it seemed to me that is was a relative cause he was stuck to her,he looked about seven and I had a 4 year old and he kept pushing him to the floor hitting him extremely hard with the ball I asked to stop and he wouldn't so I told the worker that was in there she's like what can I do. Oh boy was I upset not cool man not cool.
